What We Provide
Comprehensive Residential Support
Every aspect of our residential program is designed to support independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Family-Oriented Home Environment
Individuals live in structured, community-based homes where they are active members of their neighborhood — not institutions.
Person-Centered Individualized Plans
All services are tailored on a case-by-case basis to best support each individual's Individualized Service Plan goals, including Behavior Management Plans.
Registered Nurse On Staff
A Registered Nurse provides case management services, healthcare planning, screenings, assessments, and evaluations for every resident.
24-Hour Structured Environment
Substantial supervision and hands-on assistance with daily living skills are available around the clock — every day.
Transportation Provided
We provide transportation to all medical appointments and community activities so residents can fully participate in life outside the home.
Daily Community Integration
Residents have daily opportunities to engage in community activities, building relationships, independence, and social skills.
Advocacy & Self-Determination
We sincerely believe in advocating for the individuals we serve and equally encouraging those individuals to advocate for themselves.
Short-Term Option
Respite Residential Services
Temporary residential support for individuals and families who need short-term care with the same person-centered standards.
Devoted Family Solutions offers respite residential services grounded in the same person-centered approach as our long-term residential program. We welcome participants who utilize ID waivers or who opt for private payment.
Our Registered Nurse provides essential case management and support, and we conduct thorough screenings, assessments, and evaluations for each individual. We maintain a 24-hour structured environment with substantial supervision and assistance across daily living skills.
Newly Licensed
In-Home Support Services
Our newest service brings the same person-centered residential support directly into the home an individual shares with family or calls their own.
Devoted Family Solutions is now licensed to provide In-Home Support Services, extending our residential expertise beyond our group homes. Our trained staff work one-on-one with individuals in their own home or family home, providing the supports they need to live as independently as possible in the place they know best.
Just like our group home and respite programs, in-home supports are built around each individual's Individualized Service Plan. Staff assist with daily living skills, personal care, household routines, and community engagement — with schedules and levels of support tailored to each individual and family.
